A small team of senior people: project leadership, analysis and operations from our office in Vienna’s first district, engineering distributed across the EU. The person you meet in the first conversation is the person who does the work — there is no account-management layer and no junior staff on your account.

Backgrounds span systems administration and cloud operations, software engineering, information security and digital marketing, so that a question about a server, a specification or a campaign is answered by someone who has done it.

We work in English and German, by video call as a rule and in person in Vienna by arrangement.

Vienna has been the business base for Central and South-East Europe for decades. More than 400 international companies operate their regional headquarters from Austria, almost half of them from Vienna, each managing on average five countries from here (ABA – Invest in Austria). Austria is among the largest foreign investors in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider region (Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs).

For our clients this is practical rather than symbolic: one European partner under EU law and EU data protection, the same time zone and working day, English and German as working languages, and direct flights from Vienna to the region’s capitals when a meeting has to be in person.

We are a focused team, not a corporation — but we work from the same place, under the same rules, as the companies that run the region, and we have done so since 2019.
