AI integration and operations.

Bringing AI into the systems you run — CRM, ERP, helpdesk, e-commerce, your own software — with the architecture, data protection, cost control and monitoring to run it for years, not for a demo.

ArchitectureProvider APIs with EU processing, or private models on your cloud
DataProcessor agreement, EU regions, no training on your data, retention you set

Architecture

  • Where the model runs, how data flows, what is stored and for how long
  • Integration with your identity provider and permissions
  • Documented for data protection and the AI Act

Data pipelines and retrieval

  • Document ingestion, structuring and indexing
  • Vector and keyword search; freshness and deletion
  • Connection to live systems where answers must be current

Integration

  • APIs into CRM, ERP, helpdesk, shop or your own applications
  • Events, queues and confirmation steps for actions
  • User interfaces where staff work: Teams, Outlook, the CRM, the portal

Evaluation and quality

  • Test sets that grow with real usage
  • Regression tests before any model or prompt change
  • Human review sampling with feedback loops

Operations

  • Monitoring of latency, error rates and cost per task
  • Budget caps and fallbacks
  • Version pinning and controlled upgrades

Governance

  • Usage policy, access and audit logs
  • Records of processing and AI Act documentation
  • Answers ready for customers, auditors and authorities

Provider APIs with EU processing

Fast to start, most capable models, pay per use. Suitable where the provider’s EU processing and contractual terms meet your requirements.

Private deployment on your cloud

Open-weight models on AWS, Azure or a European provider, inside your environment. Data never leaves; capacity is yours to size and pay for.

Features in tools you already own

Copilot, Gemini, CRM and helpdesk assistants — configured, governed and connected to your data properly.

Hybrid

Sensitive steps on private infrastructure, the rest on provider APIs. Common in regulated or confidentiality-bound work.

  1. Design weeks 1–2

Architecture, data flows, permissions, evaluation plan and cost model — reviewed with you and, where needed, your data-protection adviser.

  2. Build weeks 3–8

Pipelines, integration, interfaces and guardrails built in your repositories and accounts.

  3. Evaluate and harden weeks 8–10

Regression tests, load and cost tests, security review, documentation.

  4. Operate monthly

Monitoring, quality review, cost report, controlled updates — under the AI operations retainer.

  • Architecture document with data-protection and AI Act notes.
  • Integration code in your repository.
  • Evaluation harness and test sets.
  • Dashboards for quality, usage and cost.
  • Cost report every month, per use case.
  • Monthly review of quality samples and open issues.
  • Model and version updates tested before they reach users.
What does it cost to run?

Usage-based model costs plus hosting and our retainer. We set budget caps per use case and report cost per task, so the figure is known, not estimated.

What happens when models change?

Nothing, until we decide. Versions are pinned; regression tests run against the evaluation set before any switch; users see a change only after it has passed.

Who is responsible under the AI Act?

As the deployer, your company — we provide the documentation and the technical measures. Most business uses are minimal or limited risk with transparency duties; we identify the category with you.

Can you integrate with our own software?

Yes — and if we built it, the assistant is designed into it. For third-party systems we use their APIs or work through the vendor.

Have a pilot that worked?

Tell us what it does and where it should live. We reply within one business day with an integration plan and its cost.
