AI for business

AI solutions for your business — applied, measured, on EU cloud.

Twelve concrete solutions for customer service, back office, sales and operations; the workplace platforms your staff will use — Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Anthropic Claude; and the assessment, engineering and operation that make AI a working part of the company rather than a demo. We are a cloud company first, so the models run where your data may run: Google Cloud, Azure and AWS in EU regions, or inside your own environment.

  • Google Gemini (Workspace, NotebookLM, Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI)
  • OpenAI ChatGPT (Business, Enterprise, custom GPTs, API)
  • Azure OpenAI
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
  • Anthropic Claude (workspace and API on AWS Bedrock / Vertex AI)
  • Open-weight models: Llama, Mistral, Gemma
  • n8n, Power Automate and custom agents
  • Google Cloud · Microsoft Azure · AWS — EU regions

Customer service

First answers to routine questions from your own documentation; suggested replies for agents; self-service outside business hours — with hand-over to a person.

Back office

Invoices, delivery notes, contracts and forms read and turned into structured data for ERP or accounting; incoming e-mail sorted and drafted.

Sales and marketing

Proposal drafts from templates and CRM data; product descriptions and translations for EU markets; lead qualification — reviewed by people.

Operations

Reports summarised, tickets categorised and routed, maintenance requests structured, meeting notes turned into tasks.

Knowledge

An internal assistant that answers from manuals, policies, contracts and past projects — respecting who may see what.

Every employee

Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude for the whole company — governed, connected to company knowledge, taught by role.

Data protection first

EU-hosted processing, no training on your data, processor agreements in place, retention you set. Written into the architecture before the first test.

People in the loop

AI drafts, reads and sorts; people decide where a decision matters. Actions without confirmation only where rules are explicit.

Measured

A baseline before the pilot, numbers after it. Hours saved, response times, error rates — reported monthly.

Small first

One process, four to eight weeks, then a decision with numbers. Roll-out follows what worked.

GDPR

Personal data processed by an AI system is processed like any other: legal basis, purpose, processor agreements, records of processing, data-subject rights. Most of the work is choosing where the model runs and what is logged.

EU AI Act

Obligations phase in between 2025 and 2027 by risk category. Most business uses — drafting, summarising, answering from documents, classification — are minimal or limited risk, with transparency duties such as telling users they interact with an AI system. We identify the category and document it.

Confidentiality

Customer contracts, professional secrecy and sector rules may restrict which data can be processed where. The assessment lists them before any use case is chosen.

Documentation

What the system does, on which data, with which model, reviewed by whom — kept current, so questions from customers, auditors or authorities can be answered.
